Create a form

When you create a form, you can choose whether you want it to display as a popup form, an inline form, or an interface form**.**

Steps:

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Apps > FastGrowth Forms.

  2. Click Create form.

  3. Select whether to create a Popup form, an Inline form or an Interface form, click Create.

  4. Enter a name for the form.

  5. Configure the form based on your setting preferences.

  6. Click Save.

<aside> 💡 To display popup forms on your store, you need to install the Forms theme app embed in your theme. A popup form is displayed as content that floats as an overlay above your store's content.

Activate an app embed popup form

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes.

  2. Find the theme that you want to edit, and then click Customize.

  3. On the sidebar, click the App embeds icon.

  4. Click the Search bar and enter “FastGrowth Forms” to search through your installed apps.

  5. Find the app embed named Popups, click the toggle to activate it.
