Fastgrowth ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Fastgrowth EventHub Shopify application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle data when you install and use our App in your Shopify store.
1. Our Role as a Data Conduit The App is designed as a strict "pass-through" data routing tool. We act solely as a Data Processor on behalf of the Shopify merchant (the Data Controller). Our App collects store events via Shopify WebPixels and securely routes them directly to the destination configured by the merchant (e.g., RudderStack or a custom API endpoint).

3. No Data Storage or RetentionWe do not store, log, or retain any of the aforementioned customer data on our own servers. Data is processed in real-time in memory purely for the purpose of forwarding it to the merchant's configured endpoint. Once the payload is successfully transmitted, it is immediately discarded from our systems.
4. Third-Party Sharing We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any unauthorized third parties. The App will only forward data to the specific third-party services (like RudderStack) or custom API URLs that the merchant explicitly enters into the App's configuration settings.

Merchant Responsibilities Because the App routes data to destinations controlled by the merchant, the merchant remains strictly responsible for ensuring their configured endpoints comply with applicable privacy laws (such as GDPR or CCPA) and for obtaining necessary cookie/tracking consents from their storefront visitors.
